In January,2012, I was injured in a car accident that I did not cause. My car was hit in a chain reaction involving two other cars/ drivers. My car was slammed, and I had a head injury. I was taken by ambulance to the hospital. The other 2 drivers were not hurt, and able to drive away from the crash site. I experienced a bad headache, and dizziness. It was only after I was released from the hospital, that we learned the extent of the brain injury. My speech, alertness, and thought process was damaged. I was unable to drive for 10 months, and did extensive therapy ( 3 days a week for many months)at a brain rehabilitation facility. My condition required a patient assistant to go to doctors appointments with me because I could not understand or focus on what the doctors were finding or saying. I have always been a very independent person, and now I had to rely on others to help me get well. I had been a client of my car insurance company for over 40 years. But they treated me very badly, and so I went to talk with Mr. Sinas. I had to take my brother with me to the meeting because I had trouble with concentration and focus. I knew that Mr. Sinas had a high rating in the legal community, and was an expert on personal injury matters. After the meeting, Mr. Sinas agreed to take my case. I felt such comfort and gratitude, that he would represent my best interest in the dealings with the car insurance company. Mr. Sinas and his staff worked with my medical providers to document my condition. He told me my job was to let him worry about the case, and that my focus and energy needed to be on getting well. No matter how discouraged I would get about my medical issues, I was so relieved that I didn't have to deal directly with the hostile insurance company representatives. Mr. Sinas identified specific employees in his firm that kept in touch with me on a regular basis. They answered any questions I had, and they treated me with respect and kindness. The security Mr. Sinas provided, helped to give me the strength I needed to get well. Even now, more than 2 years later, thinking back on the car accident is very emotional for me. I still have cognitive impairments that require therapy from time to time. However, I am strong. I will always be grateful to Mr. Sinas for his effectiveness, moral support, and professionalism. He made one of the worst experiences in my life bearable.

I was involved in a very traumatic vehicle accident involving a semi truck. Not only did George and his team quickly address the situation and issues, but he made sure that I was properly taken care of throughout the entire process. George and his team responded quickly to any questions I had, and were timely and trustworthy with their responses. George made sure that I was not persuaded by the individuals at fault, and that I received everything I was entitled to. What could have been a daunting experience was made enjoyable with George's great personality and ability to keep things light and funny, yet to the point. I could not have dreamed for a better team.
