Although we ended up not having to retain your services, it was because of your helpful consultation and the extra time you spent explaining processes to myself and my husband that enabled us to ultimately navigate through our situation on our own. Most law firms are money hungry and will only give you minimal information during consultation but you do what you do from your heart! I’m glad to know that in a culture where lawyers are often viewed as liars, people in your field with the integrity that you displayed still exist!!! I would recommend this law firm to anyone!!!!

Someone mentioned previously that this law office is a joke, and has given them the runaround for weeks. Let me attest to that statement because that has also been my case. Long story short, they NEVER have “any updates”. I have been getting the same generic response for months; and come to find out that the two individuals previously employed are no longer employees! I recently messaged them regarding a family members case, and I had not received a response in weeks so I called and spoke to Mylene. She had NO CLUE or ANSWERS pertaining to my family members case; nothing was in his file, records or anything. She stated that she needed to talk to Dustyn; okay got it! It’s been about a month and I have called countless times leaving voicemails and NO ONE has called me back. Why? Your statement says, “Thank you for putting your trust in me” but you have NOT honored your own commitment/statement. Why? People trust you to answer their questions and represent them in the utmost manner, and this has not happened or been the case with this law office.

My brother and I needed some guidance on an issue that came up. After searching and reading reviews for hours we decided to schedule a consultation with Attorney Dustyn Coontz. We were very pleased with the way he explained everything and the possible outcomes. HE told us the cost right up front and different ways that we could go forward on paying that also. In the end, Mr. Coontz was very forward with what could happen and then with helping towards making the best decision. I am very glad that we decided to go with him and the outcome was the best outcome there could have been given the situation. I definitely recommend Mr. Coontz to anyone that is in need of a criminal defense attorney, and I myself (hopefully never, LOL) will also use him again. 10/10.
