I had an issue with my son’s school suspending him even though he was being bullied. I called Albeit Weiker and they placed me with a very wise and considerate attorney named Megan and a special education advocate named Danielle. Megan and Danielle provided me a wonderful service and were not money hungry like most attorney services, I was able to pay for my services because they were reasonable by the way, but it was the EXTRA things that were done like meeting with me and providing advice and not charging me extra fees. Speaking to me so that I could understand how to communicate for my son when I met with the school board. Megan also assessed the situation quickly and ultimately helped my son win his case and return to school without any barriers. I am so grateful for them and I pray for the entire companies Blessing for their kindness and generosity. Thankyou again

They never contacted me. I filled out the form online and I called their office and nobody answered it just said leave a message. I hate to give bad reviews, but I have to be honest.

Today was just amazing, Dustin was my lawyer and I don't know what to say. I am honestly speechless. Someone attacked me on my home, and tried to make me out to be a monster. Dustin was very accommodating, he did a lot of research. He took a great deal of care of me and my case. We came out on top and I was found not Guilty. I am today allowed to be the victim. I'm allowed to cry. I'm allowed to say I was hurt and sad. I'm also allowed to say I won and came.out on top I thank Dustin and his team with my entire being.

Someone mentioned previously that this law office is a joke, and has given them the runaround for weeks. Let me attest to that statement because that has also been my case. Long story short, they NEVER have “any updates”. I have been getting the same generic response for months; and come to find out that the two individuals previously employed are no longer employees! I recently messaged them regarding a family members case, and I had not received a response in weeks so I called and spoke to Mylene. She had NO CLUE or ANSWERS pertaining to my family members case; nothing was in his file, records or anything. She stated that she needed to talk to Dustyn; okay got it! It’s been about a month and I have called countless times leaving voicemails and NO ONE has called me back. Why? Your statement says, “Thank you for putting your trust in me” but you have NOT honored your own commitment/statement. Why? People trust you to answer their questions and represent them in the utmost manner, and this has not happened or been the case with this law office.
