Rude and unprofessional staff. Would leave less than a star if possible.

Attempting to make a payment is impossible they don't have a pay online or pay over the phone option. They are understaffed and when I mentioned to one of the attorneys that they are debt collectors and should give viable options I was then told they are NOT debt collectors but when you call the first thing the message says is "we are debt collectors and this is an attempt to collect a debt"

Unprofessional. Rude, and potentially have dementia. Most of these guys are smug and condescending- I guess it's easy to be when you're a failed lawyer collecting nonsense illegitimate debts from mostly young kids who knew no better. John P Hintz is a failed lawyer with long hair, and he's short and old. I'm guessing he's a demented cross dressing old man. Davenport, shame on you for hiring such losers(not surprising, most of their faculty is people with degrees from DU who were too incompetent to use their degree elsewhere)

They don't work with you. They are not transparent. Their clerks are rude
