Magan Smith did a great job in representing me for the Secretary of State right now I have a restricted license with more rules to follow with an Interlock system for a year that I am grateful that I had her to help me to retain this within the first year.

Our son was facing unthinkable accusations, and had maintained his innocence from day 1. The SOS hearing officer threw us both for a loop in the hearing by giving us some bad news that neither of us knew about but she pushed through and represented me fantasticly. I was advised along every step of the way on how to best prepare for both of Hearings with the Secretary of State, which led to my full driving privileges being reinstated. It is a lot of work, and you have to hold up your end as their client, but it is worth it and you will be informed as you accomplish each step on their checklist. I phoned Mr. Grabel earlier this week for advice. I have an ongoing legal issue in which I feel I am being grossly underrepresented. In truth, my entire case has been compromised due to the inefficacy of my (paid) counsel. The experience has me soured in regard to attorneys, and I was hesitant tocall another one, if even just for advice. I filled out the online request, and received an email response almost immediately. I called the number in the email, and it was Scott Grabel himself....not an automated message, voicemail or an operator, but the actual person! I can't remember the last time this has happened. He proceeded to spend well over an hour on the phone with me offering advice, options, information, resources and even shared contacts and names of people that he thought would be helpful to my situation. He was honest....no "sugar coating", which is SO refreshing. In short, Scott renewed/revived my faith that there is such a thing as good counsel...that there are a few lawyers left in this world who choose to practice law because they are truly passionate about it.
