Tim did an excellent job helping me with some real estate transactions. He was knowledgeable about the process and educated me on what to expect. He was always available--returned calls immediately and explained everything clearly. Both transactions went through without a hitch, and I got very fair prices thanks to Tim's expertise and professionalism. In addition to all that, he is also just a really nice guy who will have your best interest at heart. Highly recommended, and I will be using him for all my legal needs in the future.

I hired Tim Klisz after I was hit by a drunk driver in 2014 causing permanent injuries to my foot and knee. He is the first attorney I have ever used and in my opinion, the best. I contacted him at the suggestion of my brother who did some preliminary research for me on the internet. Coincidentally, Tim also responded to a question I had posted on AVVO. AVVO is an internet resource for legal information and they rate attorneys on different criteria on a scale of 1 to 10. Tim's rating is a well deserved 10. Upon meeting Tim, he was extremely thorough explaining the process leading up to a lawsuit and always gave me a lot of time to make decisions throughout the various steps in the process. He was always very professional, friendly and available when needed. I also found him very approachable and trustworthy. I never felt intimidated by him and he was never pushy, unlike other attorneys I have met in the past. I will definitely be using Tim Klisz for all of my legal needs in the future!

Tim klisz is an excellent defense attorney. My girlfriends car windows we're bashed out because long story short, she refused to finish paying someone for working on her car when he never finished the job, I did. He kept blowing her off and she needed her car fixed for work so I youtubed how to do the job and did. We'll he got drunk one night and came to our house and bashed her car windows out. She ran outside yelling at them, he was drunk and physically assaulted her. I lost it when I seen him swing something at her and beat him so bad he left in an ambulance. Well I was arrested for fouloneous assault, and my case was dropped. If I ever need a defence attorney, I'm calling him, but hopefully not because my fighting days are done.

Tim Klisz has represented my company and myself numerous times over the last 8 years. He's honest and will give you his professional opinions when handling anything for me. He has also done my living will/estate planning and has drawn up many contracts for me personally as well as for my company.
