I just spoke with James and he not only made me feel better(stressed)...but gave in-depth info on exactly the procedure that needs to be taken. It seems I have more time than I thought...and he was honest about that! He listened and at no point did I feel he was after my case...as I have felt with other attorneys...and he gave his advice...which I needed to hear! I can tell you that if I do need to proceed with an attorney when the time comes...I'll be calling James. Thank you James! Jerry

I am near the end of settling an estate where the executor has been dishonest and my attorney is preoccupied. I needed to consult with someone .....nowhere to turn ..and the courts kept referring me back to my attorney who would not answer all of my questions. I live in New Mexico. I contacted Mr. Frederick about a problem I am experiencing with my POA in the state of Michigan. Mr. Frederick reviewed my POA and made a couple of calls concerning my problem. Besides being easy to work with, Mr. Frederick offered very good advise.

I was greatly impressed! He returned my calls very timely, was extremely down to earth, and helpful. I contacted him twice and each time had the same experience. He took time himself to return my calls. With his expertise, I was able to get answers to questions my family had including recommendations as to how to proceed with my Mother's Estate proceedings. He stated he didn't see the need for our family to retain and pay an Attorney for something we could do ourselves (in our situation), and further encouraged me to contact him again if necessary. I am confident in recommending him. With creditors beginning to contact us, he truly put our mind at ease!

James answered my question thoroughly and quickly with thoughtful advice. His knowledge and expertise really helped me out when I needed it most. James is a credit to the legal profession.

I can't thank James enough for the help that he gave to a loved one of mine. He is incredibly patient with convoluted situations and will take the time to understand your case. We have dealt with a number of lawyers over the past three years and a lot of them have been more interested in closing the sale than really listening. James is completely the opposite of that approach. If you have some important matters that need attending to, I would strongly advise consulting with Mr Frederick.
