I unfortunately fell upon some hard times and was unable to pay my credit card debt and a judgment was filed against me. If you're dealing with a normal person in a divorce/custody battle then he should be fine. Too laid back, unwilling to fight for me and ultimately no showed a hearing that he agreed to reschedule with opposing counsel at the last second. He caused me a lot stress and financial hardship.

This man knows how the system works. He went to bat for me with Wayne county friend of the court. Yes he is laid back, you don't need to be loud and belligerent to get the point across that you mean business. He is very well respected in the courtroom. I would definitely use him again.
