Had preliminary estate planning session.

Working with Mark was great up until we didn't receive a call back AFTER we gave him and the secretary all of the information needed for my grandmothers trust. He told me It'll take a week to draw things up which is totally understandable. Well a week later no call back. I call the office only to speak with the secretary, she says she'll let him know to reach out to me...few days later still no call back. Originally spoke to mark and gave him our information 5/13. That week turned into almost a month (now 6/5) and still no call back. A little frustrating because it's hard to find good attorneys. Now we have to start the process all over again. Much luck to others!
