I attended a seminar in which Michele gave a very informative presentation. I was impressed with her knowledge of elder law and estate planning. I had been searching for a long time to have my estate documents updated but was unimpressed with the attorneys that I had spoken with until I met Michele. I contracted with her firm to update my estate documents and to restate my trust. I found Michele and her employees Amy and Lizzy to be very helpful and a good source for financial and legal advice. I look forward to using them as a contact for advice for many year to come.

Working with the folks at the Michigan law center was definitely the right decision for my mother's estate planning needs. My name is Jon Frank, and like Michele Fuller, I am a lawyer in Macomb Co. However, sometimes, even us lawyers need some occasional guidance on complex and unusual probate issues. Michele Fuller is among the best attorneys I've worked with. She is kind, responsive, and an expert in the area of planning for persons with special needs. She is my "go to" attorney for any legal questions relating to the areas of special needs planning, trust and estates, and social services planning.

I reached out to Ms. Fuller related to a Medicare/Medicaid issue that turned out not to be within her specialty. Despite this, she still provided a quick, kind, supportive, and validating email that even addressed my concerns as best she could. Most importantly, she informed me of a very real potential complication that could disrupt Medicaid benefits. This most likely would not have been addressed by someone unfamiliar with that area of practice, and my contacting her may have prevented me from suffering the consequences of poorly planning what would otherwise be the desired outcome of my issue. This was evidence enough for me to know that she will be very helpful and proactive when I do have issues within her area of practice and need her help with more in-depth planning in the near future.

if i could have given 0 stars i would have. i called to ask information about my case and they simply said oh we are busy and hung up on me. very unprofessional. i will be looking elsewhere for my legal needs.

I consulted, and ended up working with, Michele about a trust during a parental crisis. It was an emotional process, and she held space for me with supportive kindness and legal expertise.
