I came into Jaffe office at 9am, to learn my appointment had been cancelled. The attorney didn’t have my number to reach out to me before hand to reschedule me. I asked the receptionist if I could speak to someone else in regards to a potential case; which she instructed me to have a seat and she would get someone; that someone being Jaffe, I sat patiently for an hr until he was out of arbitration. In between time he came out, seen me didn’t speak and proceeded to talk with his team and went back to his office. The receptionist called him to tell him I’d be waiting, 42 minutes later he comes out and says he can’t see me, speak with the guy I originally had an appointment with. He had no regards to the miscommunication between him and his team and my wasted time. He told me as we walked out the door at the same time “this is a hustler town” which infuriated me because he was hostile and careless. His own wife told him to “slow down and relax, take a breath”. He moves with no regards, no respect a hustler mentality during people’s most vulnerable moments who seek his help. His team is discombobulated because of his characteristics I can’t speak to his skill but this isn’t a welcoming place to be in my opinion, I left out with nothing but anger after almost 2hrs of sitting.

There a father and son firm, damn good one to they are kinda and listen to your side of the story.

I absolutely love the Jaffe Team. Brett Jaffee was the best lawyer I could have asked for. My life has been 1000% better after meeting him. I thank him and the team for what they did for me, I will always choose him, if I ever needed him in the future. I advice to use him if you are in need of a lawyer. Some people say that lawyer's say things just to get the money and for you to choose them. Don't ever think that with the Jaffe Defense Lawyer Team. They tell you straight up how it is and how it is going to be. Don't think they are being rude or mean. They are just helping you realize what need's to be done to over come the obstacles that are happening in your life at that time. Trust me, when I say this. USE THE JAFFE DEFENSE TEAM!!
