Excellent attorney with a great personality. I would have had a criminal record without his help. Outstanding knowledge of the law and superior negotiations skills. I have called on Les many times for guidance and a tutorial on law. He has always been there for me doing business in a small town has it's advantages not only do you get great legal counsel from a very intelligent man but a friendship that lasts a lifetime.

Les helped my husband and I purchase our first business that we had for five years and when we went to sell he was also there for assistance. I am excellent at building things, but not very good at reading people. there are powerful and unsavory folks out there who look to take advantage of someone like me. I did not realize it at first, but the general contract he created for my business has protected me from these folks more than once. I actually had one person from the East Coast screaming profanities at me, regarding the quality of my contract, then asked for the name of my lawyer so he might utilize him. another potential client was very specific about his dislike for my contract, and in hindsight, I am fortunate to have lost that job. It may seem like a lot of money for some of us, at first, but it is so worth it in the long run. Good people will not mind a good contract, and those are the folks I want to work for.
