Talked with the intake lady and she was the rudest person ever! On top of it how she hung up was very disrespectful š¤ people are already dealing with alot they don't need to be disrespected on just asking the question so you know what's my case is about! If you don't like it, and want to keep trading people like that find a new job!

I got told 3 times that someone would call me at 8 am! I got up early to be ready for the call but no one ever called me! Just a bunch of liars work here! I'm still waiting to be called by a lawyer! A week after I was told they would!

I had Joan Ball for Attorney in my case for Child Custody and I will never rely on her again to represent me ever again. She ruined my case and made it difficult to try and understand how the process works. I never had a chance to win let alone be heard. I was made left a fool because she didn't know her job!!!
