Tony was my second attorney battling a year and a 1/2 long fraudulent charge. He dedicated his time to investigate, analyze, communicate, and ultimately get the case dismissed-with all arrest records to be destroyed. This is evident that he cares for his clients and is willing to go the extra mile in upholding the justice of his clients!!

Mr ruiz helped me and my case tremendously, he did everything in his power and genuinley seemed to care that the best outcome possible materialized, Whilst for 9 months keeping in regular contact with me answering questions,providing updates , and making sure i was on the right track he even was able to accomidate my financial situation. I contacted Tony via his website about a year ago for a family law/child custody case. Tony’s practice contacted me within 24 hours to set up a consultation. Tony was one of multiple attorney’s I consulted within the U.P for this case. Being an out-of-state resident, this complicated a variety of things. Things the other attorneys I interviewed seemed not to have a lot of experience with. I ultimately chose Tony to represent me for the case. He assured me of open communication lines, whether that be FaceTime, calling, texting, email, etc. to overcome the time zone differences or financial commitments of in-person meetings. Very reasonable. The pricing was affordable and fixed; meaning no unexpected attorney fees. I flew to the U.P multiple times throughout the year to practice parenting time and was able to meet in-person. He was very accommodating to my flight schedules and made himself available for these trips. Tony was knowledgeable and did his research when it came to case law. Everything that was thrown our way, Tony had a case to reference; no matter how obscure… it was maintained in court. Watching him in the courtroom was equivalent to watching a Grandmaster chess player, strategic, passionate and adaptive; Truly a sight to see. Our case had some non-controllable delays and additionally went through a de novo review which contributed to the 1+ years I’ve worked with Tony. I could go on and on about the experience. The one that stick out the most was Tony understands family values, and he CARES. Things went our way; we did what we set out to do. I will continue to use Tony for council on any future cases, no matter the discipline.

Tony guided me through a felony charge with probation and for my divorce and you can tell he genuinely cares about the people he represents! He is very well educated and it shows. You can ask him about darn near anything and he knows what he is talking about. Highly recommend Tony!!!

Tony was an excellent lawyer in multiple capacities and I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
