Rigid and dismissive of alternative options
“Antiquated view of estate planning, may work for some but did not for us. Could not and would not explore options other than what he believed to be right/best. When questioned about his view, approach or knowledge the response was very condescending and he pointed out several times his credentials and expertise as the reason why we should only listen to him.”

Poor responsiveness and communication
“I do not suggest him for anything. We retained him for an estate and he never answered calls nor returned them. He never wrote letters he was supposed too.”

“Left out $200 I paid on the bill. Etc. What should have taken a couple months took almost a whole year!!!”
