Laura was very disappointing. Outside of her being late for court meetings, she or her office over-billed repeatedly so make sure to check your bill and ask questions. There's way too many lawyer fish in the sea to have to settle on this one (no matter how cheap she seems to be in the beginning)! AVOID!

I have used Laura for over 12 years and I cannot say enough great things about her and her practice. She's one the best around! She's fair and very knowledgeable.

I contacted Ms. Gabel in 2016 to handle my simple divorce case. I basically had figured everything out with my soon to be x husband, but we had one contention, our dog! I contacted Ms. Gabel and explained that I only needed help with one issue, the divorce documents had already be drafted by my x's attorney. I was unhappy with Ms. Gabel's representation because nothing was gained and I felt I was over charged. I explained to her that I didn't want to spend over $1,500 and if I was going to spend any more than that, then I wanted her to let me know. She did not let me know and charged me almost $7,000. My case with Ms. Gabel and her involvement was less than 8 months. My divorce documents did not look any different after hiring Ms. Gabel. There was one issue, which she failed to help with and charges me 3 x's the amount we discussed. This attorney does not return calls, overcharges and won't work hard for you.
