Jack did a great job at handling my mother's medicaid application (and subsequent reviews/renewals). Very easy to communicate with via e-mail or phone, specific questions asked and answered. Dealt with other institutions (insurance, social security, etc) and got the info when I wasn't able to.

I highly recommend Jack for Medicaid Planning. He did an excellent job on my Mom's Medicaid. We also highly recommend Jack for Estate Planning. Jack is very knowledgeable and competent.

Attended one of his Medicaid seminars to learn more about preparing my parents estate to handle their financials down the road and qualify one of my parent's for Medicaid. He rewrote their estate plans twice and never positioned them for Medicaid qualification. Very arrogant and demeaning to talk to. Had to hire a new elder law attorney and rewrite parents estate plan again in order to separate their assets for qualification of Medicaid. He does the Medicaid seminars but has no clue. With new attorney, parents are positioned for the future and things are in place to protect them financially when nursing home needs are necessary.

Very expensive for what I needed done. Elder care attorney with office difficult for elders to use, had to use steep stairs to walk up and down. I may be old but am not dumb, made me feel like I couldn't understand what he was saying and mostly talked to my family instead of me.

I have been going to Jack for approximately 5 years and I appreciate his honesty and knowledge of the issues I brought to him. I have recommended him to friends and would do so again. He's thorough and makes me feel he always keeps my best interests his primary concern.

My wife & I have known Jack Bolling since late 2007 when he handled the set up of a Trust for my daughter. We don't think we could have found a better qualified and more compassionate attorney no matter how hard we might have looked. Late last year Jack handled the set up of a Trust for my wife & I and again, we feel that he has done an excellent job. He keeps us well informed as to the the mechanics of the process and takes the time necessary to explain all the details that are very mundane to a knowledgeable attorney such as himself, but can be very difficult for a lay person to understand. I fell that my wife have not only acquired a competent attorney when we accompanied our daughter to Jack's office, but we were able to make a very valued friend in the process.
