Jason is extremely knowledgeable about the laws. In addition, he always explains the laws in a way his clients can understand. Once he has confirmed their understanding, he then explains possible actions to take. I have seen him in court multiple times and he handles himself professionally, but ensures the points are made to the court. In addition, he genuinely cares about his clients and works hard to give them the best possible outcome. I have sent several individuals to him for legal counsel.

A BIG SCAM I joined Apex legal group to settle 3 credit card debt I made payments for 9 months ,paid over $ 4000.00 The office didn't contact any creditors All 3 cards went to court because Apex never offered or negotiated a settlement with any creditor I had to cancel the agreement after they adviced me to pay 80% of the debt + 15% fee Apex returned only $ 744.00 from the $4000.00 I paid them Most of the Mony they collect goes toward their fee First So they collect the fee regardless of any kind of debt settlement I had a very bad experience Lost $ 3300.00 to Apex could be used to pay off some of that debts WAS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ANY ONE LOOKING FOR HELP APEX LEGAL GROUP IS BAD CHOICE TRUE SCAM

Rebecca Hicks is the worst so called professional I've ever dealt with. EVER. She agreed to take my case then took my money and disappeared. After several MONTHS of not one returned phone call (her assistant always had an excuse why she was unavailable to talk) I just showed up and demanded a refund. My retainer was returned in full. I can't speak for any other lawyers that may be at this Legal Group but when it comes to Rebecca Hicks, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!!

Rebecca Hicks is a joke. She was hired for a custody case and never did her job. She did not return any calls. Then asked to be removed from the case when I filed my own motion after 8 mo of not seeing my son.
