I'm writing this review for my fiance who is disabled and is on SSD. Mr Osment took $2,500 From her to file bankruptcy in prior installments. When I accompanied her to her meetings with him in order that help her and I understand better what was going on,Osment was very short with me and rude and did not want to explain anything, all he cared about was getting his money as fast as he could. This was a simple ch.7 bankruptcy and she only had a few creditors mostly hospital bills. The day prior to our her hearing with the federal trustee I reviewed her forms which she did not understand. There was a discrepancy that was serious enough to Halt the bankruptcy and she and I were never informed by mr. Osment or any of his associates prior to the hearing. As far as I'm concerned when you're paying a lawyer good money for a simple bankruptcy they should be responsible enough to tell their disabled client and her fiance that there are major issues with the bankruptcy and it might not proceed. When Mr Osment found out about the issue he wanted more money to settle the matter. He's rude arrogant and all he seems to be concerned with is collecting money even from those who are on disability, stay away!
