Joel Kershaw SAVED MY LIFE!!!!! in 2018 i was sentenced to 25 to 40 years for 1st degree home invasion and felonious assault. Joel took my case to the Michigan supreme court because he believed in it, I was entitled to a jury instruction for defense of others and my trial lawyer provided ineffective assistance of council that prejudiced me at trial, Joel knew i was protecting my family and got me out of prison! march 2022 i was set free!!! Now i live in Oregon, i have an amazing relationship, and i go hiking twice a week! Life is really good, and its all thanks to Joel and all his countless hours spent on this case, A LAWYER WHO CARES. Matt helped me with a ppo case that I wasn’t 100% sure I could win but he was on top of it and a fast thinker on his feet I was nervous intill I seen him in action. He was organized and studied all the information I had given him which most people wouldn’t do I would definitely say if you need someone in your corner he is the way to go.
