This guy is the definition of bare minimum. Lazy and absolutely does not have your best interest at heart. He is not a fighter he’s a roll over and accept the deal because I can’t do any better type of attorney. Doesn’t work weekends or after 5 so he’s impossible to get ahold, his secretary will schedule a call in order to bill you. So many better options. Find someone who actually cares.

they did not keep me informed verry good they told me $1500 for my case then i had to pay court fees now that my estate case is finished they want over $300 more

Ron is amazing! He went above and beyond for me on multiple occasions; I cannot say enough good things about him. If you want your case handled fairly and with kindness, Ron is an excellent choice!

Mr. Bruce was very helpful through out the entire process. It was over before we knew it. He tends to your needs and makes everything stress free.

Having never been in trouble before, picking a lawyer was a daunting task! Fortunately, when I spoke with Bruce and Associates, they put my mind at easy very quickly. Ron and Melissa were always willing to help and answer any questions I had. They were able to achieve an outcome that was acceptable and at a price that was fair and honest. I called this lawyers office and the receptionists is very rude and unprofessional and does not need to work in the public.I asked her name she would not give it to me and hung the phone up.I called back and said where are you located she said Monroe and hung up again.I would not recommend this Lawyer's office to anyone.If she acts like that who would want him for a attorney and have to deal with that.

Don't hire him if you want anything done in a timely matter, he is very incompetent!

I wish I could give negative stars review. 1 star sounds like a compliment considering what happened to me. This guy was court appointed to me. I asked his secretary to schedule a 5-10 mins phone call so I can ask a question about my case. She scheduled a phone call 6 days before my hearing day. The day comes and they tell me that he is not in the office and we have to reschedule. I was disappointed but I said fine. Now my phone call will be rescheduled at 4 days before the hearing. Then that day came and she called me 5 mins before my rescheduled phone call and said that attorney bruce got "an emergency hearing" and we should reschedule it, again! First of all how can a hearing be an emergency??? They had me scheduled days before for this phone call and this was the second time rescheduling it and now she tells me that he doesn't have 10 mins to talk to me! At this point I knew thatis guy doesnt care about me just because he is court appointed for me? This is not ethical and not professional. I told his secretary that I really need to know what is waiting for me so I can get prepared, can i at least talk for just 5 mins and ask one question? Then she says exactly these word to word in a very cold tone"...okayy, i will talk to you later, bye." And she hung up!! I was shocked and crushed, my heart sank as I am standing there trying to put together what just happened. I am nervous at this point not knowing if he is going to even show up at the hearing. Then after a few mins I put myself together and i tried to call back but that lady who hung up on me did not pick it up. I called a few times, no luck. So that day I had to take out a loan and the next day I hired a real, professional lawyer who has ethics and morals. However, because these people (bruce law attorney) wasted my time not scheduling a simple phone call, now there are only 2 days left to my hearing. Luckly the new attorney was ethical and professional he could get the whole case dismissed within a tight time frame that bruce left us with.. Because he doesn't care about his clients and he thinks he doesn't need to talk to his clients at all, he will always make you fail as a client. Stay away from these mean, horrible, heartless, unprofessional, unethical people at all costs, AT ALL COSTS! I don't want anybody else to get hurt!

Good Lawyer

Things got real bad financially, to a point checking the mail scared me. One trip here all of that was taken away. I didn’t have to do anything, Melissa was awesome she even filled out the paperwork for me. I would say I’d return, but would it be bad if I did?
