If you need an attorney, Randy is the attorney to call for legal guidance and representation. Do not waste your time by calling any other attorney for help! I sought help from Randy while going through the painfull experience of an unwanted high-conflict divorce. Like many people in this type of situation, I was feeling hopeless, despondent, and powerless, not knowing how to navigate this unknown territory. Once Randy took on my case, the many lingering issues that needed to be settled were quickly handled and dealt with. This is an attorney who does not mess around. He listened to my concerns and acted accordingly to get things settled so I could move on and start rebuilding my life. He took action and did not tolerate the delay tactics of my ex’s attorney by allowing them to continue to refuse to communicate, answer questions, or provide the documentation they were ordered to provide. Emails and phone calls are always returned and in a timely manner. You will never be left wondering what is going on with your case as he will update you regularly as needed. His advice is thorough, honest, and delivered in a kind, empathetic manner with thoughtful insight. Randy does not waste time and he will not waste your money. His rates are very reasonable, especially given the attention and detail he provided to my case. It is clear that Randy knows the law and has the expertise to handle tough cases. His professionalism and work ethic are stellar. I hope that I never need an attorney ever again, but if I do my first and only call will be to Randy without a doubt!

I have worked with Mr. Chioini on multiple highly complex divorce and custody matters. He and his firm are very organized and are skilled at handling complicated and uncommon issues. He is a zealous advocate for his clients and knows how to build a strong record, making it easier for his clients to win their cases.

I hired Mr. Sarnacki in December, 2023, for what proved to be both a contentious divorce, capped with a criminal prosecution filing against (my now) ex-husband. Like most difficult and complicated divorces, this nine month period felt like an extremely long slog through the legal system. That said, Mr. Sarnacki (figuratively) held my hand during the many legal filings, court dates, and legal maneuverings that advanced throughout the numerous months of my divorce. Mr. Sarnacki's acute flexibility throughout this process, as well as his calm, educated, and well versed demeanor, were an added bonus throughout this process. He, along with his Legal Assistant, Victoria, not only prioritized what is now, old-fashioned common sense along with judicial fact finding while navigating the legal proceedings, but he also insisted on treating the entire process with common decency, something that seemingly felt overwhelming when emotions ran high! If faced with yet another divorce (which will never happen), I would rehire Mr. Sarnacki in a heartbeat. Easily, the best divorce attorney in Michigan.

Eileen was great to work with on my divorce though I am sad I needed her services. She is extremely knowledgeable, and I appreciated her patience in answering all of my questions about the process. She is very organized and thorough as well as prompt in her communications. I appreciated her diligence in ensuring all of the paperwork read correctly as I was in an LQBTQ+ marriage. Additionally, Eileen maintains excellent relationships with the court and clerks which made for a fast, smooth process.

Zero stars! Lawyer unprepared at meetings. Couldn’t keep up with email correspondence. After explaining his plan to execute a Trust,, he claimed he didn’t understand execution after he was briefed at initial and two subsequent meetings. If you want to waste $5000 for little to no effort, this is the place for you!

Never did receive a call back after my inquiry. Guess they aren’t satisfied with my and my soon to be ex’s occupation. They asked what our occupation when I called. Seem to be very discriminatory. Well, glad they didn’t return my call! Wouldn’t want to be represented by anyone in this office…

Mrs. Warshaw was by far the most exceptional service I have ever experienced. When my former lawyer passed away, I hired her to take over my divorce case. She immediately handled all of my issues in a super timely manner, and even went above and beyond to help me get my money back from my previous attorney. She was super professional and made sure all of the T's were crossed and I's were dotted. I have never been more happy with someone's services before, in any type of business.

This lawyer is the best. She was able to get my divorced completed in less than a year. There came a point in my life when I thought I would never be able to get a divorce. When I separated from my ex-husband in 2018, I contacted a law firm that charged me 18.000 dollars and never divorced me. Last year I decided to try again and that's how in the middle of a thorough search I found Attorney Warshaw who divorced me in less than a year and the price I paid was fair and reasonable. The service was excellent. I highly recommend this Attorney. My divorce was completed on 02/2024.
