I have known Henry for 14 years. Over that time, he has represented me in several domestic matters (and prevailed) when I thought the deck was stacked so high against me that I had no chance. Tireless attention to detail is where real results are found and were definitely the difference makers in my domestic matters. Henry was extremely helpful and honest during my Chap. 13 bankruptcy, always responded to my questions, and provided answers to what was going to happen. He made the process less stressful, explaining what was going to happen. I would recommend Henry to anyone.

Henry has been my attorney for the last 30 years and has helped me with several legal situations. Henry has a superb knowledge of the law. He listens to you with compassion, understanding, and calmness, asking questions and bringing up points that I never even thought of. As I left his office I walked with a feeling of comfort-confidence. He prepared my case with such detail and was tireless in his investigation. I couldn’t believe how he kept digging to get certain details when I was ready to give up. Henry presented my case with authority and brilliantly challenged the opposition. He was “quick on his feet” with razor-sharp retorts but does not come across as belligerent. We were on the same page. Henry was not underhanded but he was clever. His style is professional, resourceful and has earned him the respect of the judges -- which is always a good thing.

Henry represented me in my divorce. I was the plaintiff, and had no idea what to do, but from the first conversation I had with Henry, I felt like I wasn't alone. He had a very logical and reasonable approach to my case. Aside from his competence as an attorney, Henry was very calm and reassuring, and took the time to make sure I understood every step of the process. He is very responsive, and I always heard from him the same day or the following day at the latest. He was present at both of the hearings for my case and I feel he represented me well. Since my divorce, I have had to contact him on a handful of occasions with follow-up issues related to my divorce. Each time, he was responsive to my inquiries and prepared correspondence, when needed, in a timely manner. I also asked him to draw up my will, poa, etc. He was, again, very helpful and educated me on the entire process since I was unfamiliar with it. Lastly, Henry's rates and retainer are very reasonable. I have recommended him many times.

I was nominated to be a personal representative in a will and Henry guided me through the probate process, keeping me advised of my duties and preparing and filing all the required forms in a timely manner. Every time I had a question, he either had the answer or he looked it up and kept me on track. The whole file was finished and closed in the least amount of time allowed by law. I would recommend Henry Sarnacki to anyone for legal services!
