Dont bother calling. I've been trying for a month and still have yet been able to get thru. The recording just tells you the que is full try again later and hangs up. No matter what time you call.

They never answer the phone.

Had very concerning unemployment issues and I turned to the Barr to help me and they referred me to the lawyer I was already looking at on google Seth Seidell, and he is very knowledgeable, genuine, smart, and to the point. I feel so much better now that I have his fully capable hands on my unemployment file! Would recommend this service to anyone in need of representation!

The individual that picked up the phone was rude and gave unsolicited advice. Thought my personal matter was a joke, and provided no resources for help.

First time reaching out and I felt the experience was extremely unprofessional!! They clerk who answered the call was extremely disinterested in what was going on, he responded with a lot of uhhh and okkkays, just didn’t seem to be that in tuned with my situation was. I’m sure 99% of people in this country would love to stay home and enjoy life but the way this world is set up it ain’t gone happen. I say that to say people feel they can talk and treat people with sub par customer service because they hate their job or they’re not happy with life, whatever the situation is Treat people the way you want to be treated period, and don’t let whatever affect you that day carry over into WORK, cause your still representing a company at the end of the day and if you hate your situation just change it 🙏
