I recently retained attorney Coppins and prior to retaining him he patiently and thoroughly explained what needed to be done to resolve my issue and I can honestly say that he made me at ease!

My consultation with Shawn took place in the Kitchen because he works out of a shared office and doesn't have an "actual" office. People were coming in and out during my consultation (not free by the way) as if this was something normal having a client attorney consult right there in the employee kitchen! The literature that you receive has an address that no longer exists in Warren. I found that out when my check that I sent to him came back undelivered. When you call him, it goes to an answering service. The poor lady that answers the phone literally got a call from me for 11 days straight without a response. I got 1 call back in 2 months. He responded to my email asking him to discontinue services in about 10 minutes. Wasn't a problem and I'm out my $200 consultation fee and now have no attorney. Nice guy, and I'm sure he's a great attorney. I wish I would have had the opportunity to have the great reviews I read. Bad customer service. Period.

I didn't need to think twice about giving a 5 star rating. The Coppins Law Group did a fantastic job with my case. Going into it I had no idea what to expect but Shawn explained everything thoroughly and it put me at ease. Never once did I question my decision to hire him. He genuinely seemed to care about what I was going through and never talked down to me. I am grateful for all he did for me and if anyone ever asks me if I know a good lawyer, well I sure do now.

although he doesnt deal with what i needed a lawyer for. he still took time out of his day to hear my issue im having and point me in the right direction on finding a lawyer i need. he didnt even need to return my call but he decided to help me anyways. glad to see there still someone willing to help you in your time of need. also quick to respond
