This is just my opinion. I hired David regarding a back injury and I was not satisfied with customer service and communication. Also I was not happy with his knowledge of certain laws that I feel could have been beneficial to me.

I’m a grateful client with a successful settlement outcome, because I was represented by David Femminineo. I was in a Horrific and tragic auto accident. This accident has been one of the most devastating life-altering events that I have ever had to endure. This accident caused various issues that include, but limited to: Pain/Suffering, Injuries/Disabilities, Emotional/PTSD, Depression, and Financial Hardships. Then, on top of all this I felt that I was being re-victimized all over again, by the Insurance Company. I spoke with numerous other accident victims and was completely “Floored” to learn that Insurance Companies/IME’s operate under such depravity and unethical practices. I was in dismay that these practices, tactics, and techniques are used to deny/limit benefits, ultimately not honoring their Policies in Good Faith.
