I hired Eric for my son who was in very serious trouble. I must tell you as a parent, when no one else will talk to you about your loved one Eric will. His advice and performance in the court room is second to none. As a professional myself reviews are what people look at. Experience is earned and with that comes conflict. I would not go to court without Eric. My son was facing several felony charges and Eric and Justin were able to work out a deal that literally saved my sons quality of life. Thank you Eric for all your help in a very difficult situation.

Eric has represented me and various friends and family members. Not only did he fight for everything I wanted in my divorce, but he succeeded at it as well. He answered all of my phone calls, emails and texts, even when I just needed the reassurance that everything was going to be okay. As most know, a divorce process if very difficult and Eric was there every step of the way to make it as smooth as possible. Even my ex-husband wished he would have hired Eric. He also represented my son and saved him from losing his license, his job and from going to jail. He not only knew the law but also knew the repercussions that Secretary of State would have on his license. He is an outstanding lawyer!

Mr. Biretta is a seasoned veteran in legal defense it is clear right from the initial get go. He is a loud Italian with a funny sense of humor. He does lack some professionalism but makes up for it with his actions. Actions speak louder than words and what Mr Biretta did in my case was hit a double off the wall. I was put in check and sentenced to probation. I was facing 15 years in prison. All I am going to say is I am blessed with the outcome. My last name ends in a vowel and so did the judges.

Several years ago I was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute (one ounce) and running a drug house. I had been hosting one too many saturday night parties at my house until it caught up to me. Needless to say, I was extremely nervous about it, looking at close to a decade in jail. Someone I knew recommended Mr. Biretta to me. It was the best advice I've ever received in my life. The guy is always overprepared. For instance, he arranged that I only had to sit in jail for about two minutes until I was taken to court. Impressive. After being driven to court the first thing that judge said was, "Sir, you are very lucky you hired such an exceptional lawyer." I'll always remember that. Now I understand just what he was saying. Mr. Biretta is exceptional. I served no jail time. I rehired him to get a felony charge expunged. The hearing was this morning and as expected he took care of it even better than the other lawyers there doing the same job. He even got letters of recommendation on my behalf to present to the judge unbeknownst to me! This guy's unbelievable! Mr. Biretta is very great with staying in touch and letting you know what's going on with your case. When you're in court you'll see he's the smartest guy in the room. He always takes my cases as seriously as I do. And most of all, he's a hell of a guy.

I met Eric 3 years ago when he was coaching my daughter's softball team. I was recently divorced and involved in an ongoing custody battle with my ex-wife. In addition to the respect I had for him as both, a father and a girls' softball coach, I was very impressed with the legal advice he gave me. I had retained Eric Biretta over a year ago and i was the best decision that I had maid in a long time.
