Dan Beck represented me (and my family, very caring) successfully in two cases. Me versus MDOT beginning in 2011. If you've ever heard the phrase "you can't sue the government" then you can imagine how difficult this type of case was. The state stalled and delayed, hoping we would go away for 6 years. Dan never stopped, never allowed me to waver or give up hope. When the "bad guys" tried to low ball us Dan took the high road and secured a huge win for me and my family.
