I contacted Mr. West to assist with a procession of marijuana charge. The amount was so minimal and I had nothing else on my record. Jeff thoroughly reviewed my case and the police report to weigh our options. He requested the evidence and proper lab testing in the hopes of getting the case dismissed for lack of evidence. When it came to the day of the trial, they had the evidence and we thought we would have to use my 74-11. Jeff spoke with the prosecutor and police officer that was at the scene. They agreed to dismiss the case off my record as long as I sign an agreement, The agreement states I have to complete only 20 hours of community service and some other terms. In the end, this will not go in my record and we did not burn my 74-11. I highly recommend hiring Jeff West for any sort of case you may have.
