Mr. Miller was very professional and did exactly what he said he was going to do and we won our case. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a lawyer. Edit: got a call from Mr. miller the following day. And he went above and beyond and did more than he had to. A stellar guy and an awesome lawyer.

They don't help you If you already have your trust and power of attorney set up through another company. Many phone calls before any of this was said. Waste of time and overpriced. Also if you don't live in Holland you're only allowed to go to that location anyways for any paperwork. Extremely dissapointing. There's no reason you can't do it you just don't want to cause you want more money. I first contacted them before Christmas and finally was told I needed to seek a different attorney jan 16th. If you're that picky at least give people another resource that can help with what you don't do.

I used Matt for my divorce and I have so many regrets. I honestly have no clue how he has such good reviews. He gave me 0 guidance throughout my divorce process and then he would give me crap when I did stuff on my own. He did not respond to emails. I notified him and his staff of my address change multiple times and they’re still sending things to my old address. Honestly, idk how I’m even going to get my final divorce papers. I’m probably going to have to drive to a town that I don’t even live in anymore and spend hours at the courthouse. All because updating my address was too difficult for Matt and his staff. When I would ask Matt a question, he frequently would ignore me. He never told me what to expect throughout my divorce, and he never even gave me a rundown at what to expect at our various hearings. He didn’t work for me at all. I wound up giving my ex husband pretty much everything he wanted because he had a great lawyer and Miller acted inconvenienced every time I reached out to him. I would have fired him, but he must know he sucks because he took literally all my money up front so I didn’t really have a choice but to stick with him.

I was involved in an MVA on US 31 back in early 2023, that evening I started have strong lower back and leg pain. After goto the hospital and being sent for more testing I started to research Law offices in Muskegon area and after meeting with several attorneys I decided to go with WML and Attorney Mr Shibley. He was on it from the jump, with in a few days he tracked down the person I was in the accident with, verified that they did have ins and who the policy was with. They would reach out to see how I was doing with treatment and if there was anything I needed help with. Being new to MI he helped me understand how the auto insurance process worked here and the ppl in the office were always helpful and a pleasure to work with. From start to finish WML and Attorney Paul Shibley were a class act, and my best interest was top priority.
