I purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica in June 2016. In August things started going wrong with just about everything. It was in and out of the dealership every month. After months of this, I contacted Chrysler to submit a case to their buy back department. Again, months went by and no resolution from them. I found Troy by web searches. He was local and reviews were great. I was impressed with prompt returned calls and emails. He listened and had my best interest at heart. I truly believe without hiring him, I would still be fighting with Chrysler. He took much of the stress off my shoulders and most of all was honest with me. I can't thank him enough for his help!

Troy was fantastic in helping me resolve my lemon law case. He explained the lemon process in great detail (and that it could drag out), but also to be patient. Whenever I had a question/comment/concern he responded very promptly and direct. I felt very confident in working with Troy and would urge any potential clients in the future to work with him.

I found Troy by searching attorneys for the Lemon Law, l liked what I read and thought I would give him a try. It would be my first time dealing with an attorney that I had never met, however my outcome was perfect. I had a 2015 Jeep Patriot that I had purchased in January of 2015 and only had 3000 miles on it. I took it in twice within 30 days for the sun roof leaking, 5 times within a month because of the check engine light. They tried to fix the sunroof but the transmission was another story. The last time they had it for 30 days and had to call engineers from Auburn Hills to come out. They literally torn that vehicle apart from top to bottom. I didn't feel comfortable with the fact they said they fixed it and it fell within the Lemon Law guidelines. My dealings with Troy were very easy I could email him information, fax it to him or need be talk with him. I learned from him that I signed the arbitration agreement which I pretty much signed my rights away because I used an employee discount something people don't realize when signing all the forms for a purchase, but if you don't sign it you cannot use the discount. However, in the end with persistence on his part he was able to get Chrysler to honor the lemon law. The middle of January 2016 I was given a refund from Chrysler all but $500 for mileage and they paid him in full. I can't thank him more for what he did, I would recommend him to anyone that needs help with a lemon.

My wife and I had an issue with our lease of a 2013 Dodge Dart. The dealership was very slow to respond to our needs and their "offer" of compensation for the money we spent for repairs and the 9 months of hassle dealing with a car that didn't work was an insult. With Troy's help he got us over 5x what the dealership initially offered us! Thank you Troy!!

We had a new 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4 with diesel, and from day-1 there were electrical problems. During an incident when we had to leave it with a dealer for over 3-months, we considered the vehicle a "lemon" and contacted Troy based on a recommendation from our regular attorney. As a specialist in lemon law, Troy helped us understand the basics of how the process works in Michigan. This made us feel comfortable because we knew what to expect. Unfortunately, Chrysler was very unresponsive to our initial requests which lead to us filing a suit (something that normally could be avoided). This is something that Troy explained is somewhat unusual, especially for a case like ours where the vehicle was clearly considered a lemon under Michigan's law (which, by the way, is very specific and easy to understand). The suit never made it to court as Chrysler finally "woke up" and settled by buying our car back in-full. Troy was very easy to get a hold of, by phone and email - which was helpful because we live 4-hours from his location and we never had the opportunity to meet him in person. He's an easy-going guy who clearly understands this type of law. He also has the experience understand when to make the necessary changes to your case's approach when needed. We highly recommend using Troy Gorman for a lemon law case in Michigan.

I ordered a 2014 Chevy Cruze with everything I wanted. A month later it arrived at the dealer. I should have test drove it but figured it was brand new and all new cars are good. right? On the way home the steering wheel was as crooked as a politician. I took it back to dealer. They said nothing was wrong and they would not look at it again. From there I went to 4 other dealers. Each one did something different to try and straighten the car out; i.e. adjust tie rod ends, adjust steering wheel, swap tires side to side. One Service Manager actually said "it's just all over the road". That was the point I knew I had to look at the lemon law. I followed the law and satisfied the 4 service visits for the same problem with each technician validating their was an issue. I contacted GM and was sent from one person to another until one of them hung up on me. I outlined the whole experience with dates and mileage. I sent the information to Troy and he took my case. Troy stayed in contact with me during the whole process and answered the numerous questions I had. It worked out by Troy getting GM to agree to a new vehicle of equal or greater value, I had to pay the greater difference through refinancing or by certified check. Troy helped with me through all this. It took about 4 months once he took my case and 8 months total. I received my brand new 2015 Cruze and could not be happier. After taking on this daunting task I know now that I could not have done it without Troy's expertise. Thank you Troy for all of your hard work and patience.

Mr. Troy Gorman is a trusted, competent and professional Attorney that I have personally hired several times- with each time proving to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. Having dealt with several Attorney's both in my career and personally, I have yet to meet anyone as professional and honest as Mr. Gorman. Mr. Gorman displayed stellar control of the court room, a calm and approachable demeanor towards his clients, and I have learned in the years that I have known him, just how much respect his colleagues have for him. Mr. Gorman is respectable, intelligent and possesses superior knowledge of the law. Mr. Gorman addressed a situation for me that I would never have been able to handle on my own. The time and effort he applied to my case was amazing. He truly places his client's first! I was able to recover from the situation, protect myself and collect restitution for damages. I am eternally grateful of Mr. Gorman's service and I highly recommend him. I find that when your colleagues have such respect for you and speak highly of you- as Mr. Gorman's do, your reputation is definitely descriptive of who you really are, and in Mr. Gorman's case, his reputation (especially in Oakland County) is absolutely 5 stars!

I contacted Troy to help out with a Lemon 2015 Audi A3. The car had been a number of times in the shop and over 30 days stopped in less than a year. He got in touch with Audi and managed to get me a first offer to have the car exchanged and later on, due to my decision, to have it repurchased. He's able to follow up and answer questions about the overall process. I highly recommend him.
