I had an idea for a technology based product and created a small business. Chris was instrumental in the establishment of the company. Because it was a Tech product I had Chris file a Provisional Patent. Chris understanding of technology as well as engineering made for a comprehensive, Provisional Patent that encompassed my idea as well as future applications of my product. After 12 months of developing my product and researching the viability of it, I had Chris file for a Utility Patent. He was able to incorporate the product evolution and gave me a feeling that due to his knowledge and attention to every minor detail, my patent will be very difficult if not impossible to get around. Mr. Falkowski was retained to submit a patent request with the USPTO. During the submission process the USPTO required more information and had specific due dates for response. This inquiry went unanswered and the patient submission was closed due to abandonment. During the patent process I attempted to contact Mr. Falkowski via email and phone to ask status of the patient. He informed me that the patent process can take years. But when the USPTO sent inquiries he didn't contact me to coordinate a response. I received no response from him the last half of 2016 and it wasn't until I hired a new attorney January of 2017 that I found my patient had been closed in August of 2016. I have filed a grievance and also BBB complaint due to his issue.
