Thanks for your help with my Nissan case my check came before I even knew it was even sent out they offered to send out another check but I found the first one and let’s say I was very very happy to get that check just in time for Christmas

I have an open case for nissan transmission,I’ve been told many times that the check has been sent out, been few months already, and now I can’t reach them on the phone

For those involved in the Nissan CVT Transmission case, we finally received a check as of this week. The law firm is legitimate. The wheels of justice turn very slowly and involves quite a few steps before settlements can be dispersed. Stern Law kept us updated about once every six months, as that's all that they had to report. The pandemic didn't help matters. And yes, the disbursement dates were extended a couple of times but each time we received pertinent correspondence. We live in Illinois, the law firm is located in Michigan and everything was handled by email. We never had to leave our homes. Everything was explained in a forthright and clear manner. It does take time given all the working parts of the case; the clients, the auto companies and lawyers for both sides. Be patient, it took us five years from 2019 when documents were filled out and signed, to 2023 when we received a check. Whenever we needed to speak on the phone, everyone was professional and courteous. Thank you Stern Law.

All class actions take some time to get resolved, therefore once you signed in, there is no guaranteed time table, just patience and trusting your legal firm, in my case, MB & BOSCH, it took a few years but got resolved . It's been a long haul for the class action suit, but Stern Law came through and I'm thrilled. They stayed in touch during the whole thing, answered all my questions, allayed my fears and ultimately I got what the promised I would. I'm glad I didn't take the lower off, but hung in.

I'm starting to think is this real. I've been very patient about calling waiting two weeks or more inquiring about the Nissan settlement. The lady's are nice about giving information but it seems to be getting pushed back more and more. I waited over 90, then the last week of August and first week of September now September 15th. Now I'm feeling a little discouraged and not sure to trust this anymore. Seems like a run-around. I don't think it's going to be a settlement. This is not right.

I have a 2015 Ford Focus in the transmission litigation. I have nothing but great things to say about this firm. Ken Stern has taken his time for me both on the phone and by email. He has been top notch keeping me updated and responding to me directly during this extremely frustrating time. Very grateful to have them on my case. I got nowhere with Ford on my own.

I was made an offer on my class action lawsuit from ford. I signed all the paperwork and never received the payment. That was 2 years ago...

I have been trying to get a straight answer from someone for 3 yrs. Ms. Holly is less than helpful, Ms. Patricia is more helpful but everyone is so evasive it's not funny. At this point I would like an outside source to monitor for all litigants. That way when we need answers we don't get the runaround.
