Our legal matter was managed professionally with utmost care by Corene. She is rock solid in her understanding of contract law and beyond. I consider myself lucky to have had someone as remarkable as her representing us for our case.

Due to certain life events we have decided to file for a Bankruptcy. Our case was somewhat unique and complicated because it has a huge history of in-and-out finances which were to much to trace and prove. Just to start the process of submitting an application, the first agency we spoke with was going to charge us about 20% from our total amount we were trying to discharge, plus hourly rate after that. Finally, we have settled with a different firm, and because of the nature of our accounts transaction history, they convinced us that it is ABSOLUTELY not possible to claim Chapter 7, and that the only option for us is Chapter 13. Every time we tried to insist we were blocked with a frustrated answer that there is no chance at all. Attorney Babi was a great help in an otherwise difficult experience. Within 15 minutes of my first meeting with him, he found the issue in a real estate contract which was holding up the signing of a new lease. I was being asked to move within 2 weeks!
