I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle that had some issues, and it ended up at the dealership for a decent amount of time. Yes, CPO vehicles are covered under lemon law! I wasn't happy about the length of time it was at the dealership, so I started searching around and found Handy Law. They took great care of me. I've never worked with a lawyer before, so I was new to the experience. Everything was laid out very clearly, honestly, and upfront. Candice did a great job keeping me informed along the way and provided updates as things progressed. I was very happy with the results, and we all walked away with something. We were just glad to be done dealing with this firm. Didn't take us or our situation seriously. They dragged their feet on things, talked to us like we were children. When we inquired about something, they'd send a generic letter of assurance but then no work happened. All in all it was very frustrating dealing with Melissa and her team. They have given us no reason to recommend them to anyone.
