After going through some life changes, I decided it was time to sell my home and relocate outside of the Petoskey area. Upon reviewing my property deed, I realized that the terms of the purchase of my home over a decade ago had some very unique clauses in them that were still in effect. These clauses would affect how and who I could actually sell my property too. After reaching out to Don and his team for assistance he quickly reviewed my case, provided options, and clearly outlined how his billing worked. After providing him with a direction - he reached out to the organization holding my loan and worked directly with their legal team to quickly resolve the conflicts and helped both myself and the other organization to reach a fair and equitable decision. The closing paperwork he prepared made the entire closing process run quickly through a private sale and the entire process from contact to close was about a month. Throughout the process, Don was clear in communicating to me about the status of our case and always provided options along the way with his recommendations. I am extremely satisfied about the outcome; and the sales price he was able to negotiate for me on the home was in excess of what was allowed per the original purchase contract terms.
