Leon, spoke briefly to this man.. attempted to speak about the one issue at hand, authoring a document to get in front of judge to assign new trustee, and he just plowed through things and me. Yes, complicated history of intestate will/trust finally accepted by court, so many bad things have happened as a result of a disreputable fraudulent (I now find out after the fact) set of players. At this point, I need help w/ just one aspect, this one step so that I can then move forward w/ other steps to correct after I secure the trust, but Leon just plowed through and couldn't or wouldn't help w/ this one step to secure my trust from this predatory group. I suppose his aggressiveness would be a good thing once I secured the trust, was able to get monies lost resulting from previous malfeasance, fraudulent layered billing schemes, etc.. yet, trying to get it through to Leon that I could pay for authoring of one document needed - he just wouldn't budge from this demand for retainer and then taking over everything when there isn't anything to take over and handle except getting this one document authored so that I can then secure the trust. What a frustrating call and a sad reminder of how lawyers think on this one track, "Big money right now!" type of mindset-how they refuse to budge from this concept of retainer and securing years of legal work or they just refuse to take simple work of authoring one document.. Sure, once the trust is secure, 'big retainer up front to handle lots of things' might, no, probably will be necessary, but not at this stage. Leon refused to to be hired to author one single document needed to see judge to secure trust. W/O this one document, I can't proceed further nor get out or away from these well known predators in this region of the state. I'm sinking and absolutely stuck w/o this one paper that 'must be authored by a lawyer', according to the judge's clerk.W/O this attorney authored page, not able to see judge, not able to save assets. Leon was absolutely unbudging about paying big money up front to handle everything when so very little needs handling 'right now'. Lacking foresight, unreasonable and not intuitive, refused to handle small thing needed that I attempted to hire lawyer to author. Another reminder of how lawyers force feed what isn't needed and neglect what is stated by client/potential client.

Attorney Leon Weiss helped me with two traffic matters and he was able to get me an incredible outcome on both! I never expected to get such fortunate agreements. It really helps to know people, and Leon seems to knows everyone. I can't afford *not* to have his help on my case!
