We paid for services for my mother in law. No accounting of funds. No response to phone calls or emails. No help when you really need assistance. No explanation of why she is ghosting. Very unprofessional way of handling clients. If you read this Esther, at a minimum respond to clarify why you would ignore calls/emails.

Esther and her associates at her firm are extremely professional, timely, and work with a sense of empathy in mind. My matters were explained step by step with active listening when I had questions.
