“One time when I called, Brad and Lisa were both busy, and another attorney, Lisa Baker answered the phone! who else does that!!! (I guess I can't guarantee that would always happen, but still it's nice to know that they work as a team).”

Potential for higher than expected fees
“After much consideration, I asked for a legal opinion from Brad. I was asked how much time I thought it would take. I guessed no more than 3 hours. This is a $900 charge. I paid this over the phone. Brad then gave my issue to another one of his lawyers. I was not given any explanation of how much time was actually spent on my case.”
