My husband and I met with Mr. Vivian at a sad time in our lives-Bankruptcy-so scary and a helpless feeling for us. Matt was very professional and answered all our questions. The reason for this situation was a little different than most but he was the lawyer we needed through our tough time. He was always prompt to respond when called upon. The cost was lower than other attorneys. Everything went as well as it could of due to our personal situation. We recommend Mr. Vivian to other people who would need his services.

I was very pleased with my bankruptcy attorney. His fees were very reasonable. I met with other attorneys who wanted more money but didn't seem knowledgeable about bankruptcy. He was very knowledgeable about bankruptcy law, returned my phone calls quickly, was honest, helped my family very much and his assistant was polite and helpful. I never felt embarrassed or stupid when I called with a question. I've recommended 3 people to use his services. All 3 did and were very satisfied. I'll continue to recommend him.
