Lack of communication and responsiveness with clients
“They lack communication with their clients. Failure to reply to calls. Promise to call and don't. I was told that they are too busy for it since they haven't been paid yet. It took me 3 monthsto find out they wouldn't represent me! Unprofessional and a serious lack of compassion and caring for suffering clients!”
