I’ve been working with Derek Dee for about a year and he has been awesome in returning your emails and calls for questions and concerns. Him and His team has has all the answers and will fight for you to the end! I’m very impressed with the outcome of my road to my 100% P&T! Derek Dee by far is an amazing attorney that has been representing me since October 2020. In the short amount of time (~6 months) he has accomplished more for me than the local VA Representative and the VFW follow on representation combined in the prior 4 years. IMO I would just bypass the VA and hire Derek and his firm immediately for all your claims and appeals.

I've been represented by Spencer Jolicoeur of VA Disability Group for the past few months working on settling a claim with the VA. He took the time to get to know me, listened to understand my issues, and put them into a language that the VA could understand. He helped me prepare for my exams and stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. I've learned that if you want it done right - go with a VA lawyer. When it comes to VA lawyers, Spencer and his team at VA Disability Group are top notch and I am very pleased with my experience thus far.

Update: Aug 2023, 100% disable and back pay to Sept 2020 with more to come. What can I say I was so fortunate that god pointed me to Casey and his staff. I am finally enjoying my life with all the medical benefits that come along with 100% disable. Please listen and do as directed by Casey and his staff and great things will come. Once again a BIG THANK YOU to everyone and may god bless all of you!! 20 stars. 5 years ago I was denied VA disability benefits and for two years after that using different attorneys and groups. I applied for an appeal with VA Disability Group. I could not be happier with the results. Attorney Brockway and the staff were patient, helpful and guided me through the process. They know the proper avenues to work with the VA. I would recommend them to any veteran.

Very good process. The VA process itself is long however my lawyer, Casey, kept my abreast on steps and expectations along the way. I couldn't have asked for anything better. He met with me as requested and always made sure to answer all of my questions and put my mind at ease. I went from 10% to 90%. WOW! I could not believe it. I finally got what I deserved with the help of this firm.

In my case I had applied to VA again because I was having more health issues, I was already 50% rated. Talked with Mr. Burke and he gave me some clue on how to move forward and appeal my negative decision from the VA. He walked me through the process and asked a lot of questions. I knew appeals took time roughly 6months in my case. He got my initial rate raised and some back pay as well as helping get UI. Thank you Mr. Burke and VA Disability Group. Best service out there, they are worth your time.
