I'd recommend Mr. Sappanos to anyone in need of a defense attorney, not only is he excellent at what he does, he is also an honest and caring man who is well respected by his clients, colleagues, and his community. In regard to a couple of unfavorable reviews, I will first say this; the case I hired Mr. Sappanos to represent me for was in no way a “high profile” case, however he understood the ramifications of the charges I was being faced with, was with me at every court appearance, and had my case dismissed without the hassle of going to trial. In addition to having my case dismissed, he even took the time to meet with my son who hopes to become a lawyer one day. Secondly, if you’re facing a serious charge; homicide, etc., you want the best of the best representing you, and Mr. Sappanos IS the best, but do keep in mind the best is going to cost more than your average run of the mill defense attorney. Personally, you can’t put a price on your freedom, and his countless acquittals and not guilty verdicts speak for themselves. If you can no longer afford to pay your, or your loved one’s attorney, you cannot expect them to continue to represent you (or anyone) for free. A lack of finances does not warrant a poor review. Whether you’re seeking defense for a DUI, B & E, assault, homicide, you name it, Don is 100% the lawyer you want representing you! Connie, his secretary/paralegal, is also fantastic; she’s thorough, kind, and extremely helpful!

Don is the man got my charges reduced and simple probation

Caleb was appointed to me by the state and he has got to be one of the worst court appointed attorneys ever. He was at my very first court date and that was the only time I saw him. I had to wait a year to get seen by the judge again and I called him to make sure he was going to be there today after not being there when I needed him last time. He said yes. I walked into a court and he yet again was nor there. Instead of postponing it again, the judge just dismissed my case. 11/10 would not recommend him for your court appointed attorney
