Don't ever hire this man to fight for you concerning a murder charge. Not only is he a liar and lied about his work but he will most definitely not 100% fight for you. He got a free $28,000 just to turn my family member over to the courts. He was hard to get in contact with once he got his money. He wouldn't visit my family member while in jail. One day during trial he surprisingly send some random person to take over the case for that day without even making us aware. Through trial he didn't object to hardly anything, he let the prosecutor present evidence from a case that had nothing to do with the case at hand making it feel as if he was working for the prosecution instead of for our family member. Don violated many of my family members rights as well as allowed the courts to charge my family member with the wrong charge and so much more. My family member is currently doing LIFE WITHOUT PAROLE and for the wrong charge. Don is shady I would never recommend him, not just based on how he did my family member but also based on the type of person he is.

Don has represented me a couple times. Don has gone over and above my expectations. He's awesome. He cares and has been thorough and supportive. Hes a good lawyer and a good man and hes dependable and he does what he says he's going to do. I would recommend him to anyone!
