This man gave me minor advise that made the biggest difference in my case!! He’s a great

Tom, assisted my son with an injury claim after the insurance company refused to cooperate. My son was hit by a semi-truck as he was riding on a tractor. Tom took the time to thoroughly investigate our case, devise a game plan, and negotiated a sizable settlement for us.

I consulted and hired Mr Rosenhagen to assist with my social security disability claim. He has been extremely helpful every step of the way in coordinating all the paperwork and throughly explaining what to expect as we worked through the process. Also, acting on my behalf he contacted and coordinated benefits with the long term disability insurance company.

As president of an HOA (Home Owners Association) Board of Directors, I have had several issues arise which required legal advice and I called upon Tom for counsel. One involved interpretation of a section of our by-laws that had been written and organized poorly resulting in a disagreement as to what was appropriate action by the Board. Tom provided a well-defined legal interpretation that eliminated the misunderstanding and dispelled the dispute. The second issue arose when the Board decided to hire a PM (Property Management) company. The PM that was chosen was unable to start immediately and I asked Tom what would be an appropriate action to take with them. He recommended a Letter of Intent and drafted one for use by our HOA. The third service requested of Tom was to review the contract proposed by the PM and offer possible changes/revisions before the Board signs the agreement. He made several suggestions that would improve the HOA position and provide improved legal protection. In all instances we felt that Tom provided our association clear, concise and thorough guidance in a timely manner.
