Over the last 15 yrs I have engaged Atty Yokoms services. I found him to be versed in the potential outcomes as well as the method of procedure I should use in my litigations. I contacted Mr. Yokom to handle my workman's comp case. He was very upfront and knowledgeable about how the system works and what my options would be. He took on my case knowing that neither one of us would receive a huge amount of money in the end. While my case took a significant amount of time, Matt was very patient and continued to push forward with the case. In the end, we were able to accomplish most of what we set out to do. I would highly recommend Matt if you have a workman's comp case that you want to have taken care of the right way. He has been in the business long enough to know what rights people have and the options that are available.

Well upon the initial consultation he came across as knowledgeable which impressed me, telling me all of what I was entitled to. But I learned rather quickly that communication was not one of his strong points. My case ended up taking 9 months to settle and because I took a settlement instead of going to court my attorney took 30% instead of the initial 20 we agreed on. My attorney ended up getting more money on the settlement then I did. Definitely needs to work on communication.

Mr. Yokom is a great attorney. He helped me with my workmans comp case. I would recommend him to anyone that is having trouble with workmans comp. He was very helpful along with his secretary. They both great people.

Matt represented me in a workers comp. Claim. I had a very favorable decision as a result of his excellent work. When my case was successfullly done he went one step more that wasn't required. He told me to apply for disability and explained why I was eligible. He took the time to do that and I took his kind , professional advise and I am now receiving disability benefits because Matt gave me good advice.

I hired Mr. Matthew Yokom or should I say he took me as his client. My case was not going to make Him nor I rich, but he welcomed my case as though it would. Mr. Yokom never gave up on me he really went to bat for me, and i know sometimes he would hear the phone ring and knew it was me again, but he was very patient and always had a smile. Any other attorney would not have took my case, because it would have not resulted in hundreds of thousands of dollars, He went off of principal and faith and he won my case!
