Worst attorney you could ever hire , he stole 5k from me and I did 6 months in county because of him , I told him I had a video and a witness he ignored me and proceeded with the preliminary exam. If he would have used my video and witness I would have never got bound over, he's 80 years old and needs to retire. He owes me 5k and 6 months in jail, he says I was going to prison , after I fired him procession offered jail time server 3 years probation, he tried charging me 15k to send me to the crazy house when it was a probation case !!!

Mr. McCarthy prepared our wills and trust, he did some other work as well. He was professional, completed the work in less than a week. He is attentive, caring and easy to talk to. He Was extremely professional.
