We came in for a consultation to create our estate documents. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we started our appointment right on time. Darren and his team were great to work with. They asked all the right questions, and I liked that I never felt like they were trying to sell us something we didn't need. For example, when we asked about a trust, they said that in our case it wasn't needed. Our documents were delivered in a well organized binder with tabs, making everything easy to find. Attorney Constance Sherrod is absolutely brilliant. She resolved a 21 year old probate case in less than a year despite covid 19 in person court limitations. 2 other law firms failed to resolve within those 21 years prior to Attorney Sherrod being retained to solve the case. Before meeting her other attorneys basically said either the case was too old or they didn't have the expertise in those type cases where a person dies leaving assets but, no wil. Turning everything to the state. Where its a hugh amount of red tape, knowledge, paperwork, court appearances your attorney must master to resolve the matter. Attorney Constance Sherrod is extraordinary.
