I called to speak to an attorney regarding issues with probate court not responding back to me after 4 months I completed a petition and paid court fee for a court hearing. Mr. D Fondling quickly returned my call back. I explained to him what was going on with my situation. Mr. D. Findling professionally explained to me all details how I can go about getting a court hearing that I was waiting for for 4 months. I have been emailing probate court for a long time. If it wasn't for Mr. Findling taking the time out helping me...I don't know how long I would of have been waiting for a court hearing. I called the number he given me to speak to a probate clerk..the clerk couldn't handle the questions that I asked. She escalated to a supervisor....Yes...Yes...Yes........
