Daniel was my second divorce lawyer, who, unlike my first lawyer, was focused on finding solutions with my husband's lawyer. He was efficient, logical, professional, with good relationships within family law professionals. He seems to know more about family law than the average divorce lawyer, and his website actually provided a lot of valuable information. Everyone in his office is competent, efficient, and personable, and his support team is large. After watching my first lawyer and husband's lawyer acrimoniously fighting each other over every excruciating detail possible for over 8 mos, Daniel helped negotiate a settlement within 1 1/2 mos.

I interviewed several attorneys before I chose Mr Findling. He took the time to explain the law, and the procedure of a divorce as well as the time frame. I hired Daniel 2 years ago to represent me on a show cause hearing on child support in Macomb County. My ex-wife is so difficult to reason and deal with that even her own attorneys have eventually abandoned her. She has been through 6 attorneys since our divorce. Daniel actually got this woman to sit down and talk to us and negotiate the child support payments. I have never been able to get my ex to actually listen to anything I say because she always thinks she is right and has all of the answers. Anytime I have called Daniel since then, he always takes my calls and will answer any questions I have. There is no one else that I would hire than Daniel.
